The artist's illustrations capture subcultures in late 20th century London, Berlin and New York.

Jo Brocklehurst, Berliner Zeitung

Jo Brocklehurst's boundary-breaking art shined a light on the underground world of fetish clubs, the rebellion of the punk movement and the elegance of ballet in the performing arts scene. Her work is said to have inspired the fashion collections of Jean Paul Gaultier.

Co-curated by her model and muse Isabelle Bricknall, the exhibition features her drawings for Berliner Zeitung, as well as her clubland-inspired illustrations for Alice Through the Looking Glass.
