An exhibition celebrating the unveiling of the sculptor's new commission, Dreamy Bathroom.
Webb is interested in the properties of material, colour and form and their place within a constructed hyper-reality. His new piece consists of a series of complex abstract structures, which are vibrant with saccharine pink and metallic tones.
To coincide with this commission, an exhibition of indoor works highlights Webb’s playful artistic approach. It includes a series of kinetic-based works made from adapted live power tools, which have been designed to bounce, gyrate and wriggle within colourfully composed open glass cases.
The foundation has also commissioned a limited edition series of Dreamy Bathroom maquettes by the artist. They are available to buy with the proceeds contributing to the foundation's continuing mission to support artists from both within the UK and internationally.
