A display of works by America's mathematician-turned-artist, spanning almost 30 years.
Like many artists of his generation, Bruce Nauman has created art across a broad range of media, from sculpture and photography to printmaking and performance. Nauman began his university studies in mathematics and physics before switching disciplines to pursue a career in art.
Starting as a painter, Nauman experimented with sculpture and film before switching his focus to performance art in the late 60s. This Artist Rooms exhibitions brings together works from across his career, from his early neon word pieces to his later light installations.
