Musician Jack White, British actress Tilda Swinton, artist Mike Kelley and others discuss the root of their creativity with contemporary artist Doug Aitken.

What is the source of a creative idea? Where does it start and how is it realised? This project, the first of the Sky Arts Ignition series, sees Aitken speaking to celebrated creative figures to find out what makes them tick.

Aitken's first public installation explores the full range of the creative spectrum, across all ages and backgrounds and a wide variety of art forms. Housed in Liverpool's historic Albert Dock within a temporary pavilion designed with British architect David Adjaye, The Source escapes the traditional gallery space to carve its own niche at the 2012 Liverpool Biennial.
