Paul Sandby was one of the leading figures of 18th-century British art and has long been considered the 'father of english watercolou painting'. He explored a broader range of subject matter than any previous artist in the UK, and this exhibition features oils, watercolours, gouaches, prints and sketchbooks from the major public and private collections of his work.Booking information: Please call 020 7300 8000or visit www.royalacademy.org.uk
