Joys of Impressionism

A lecture by independent lecturer in Fine Arts, Eveline Eaton, with special reference to the forthcoming exhibition at Tate Britain Impressionists in London, French Artists in Exile (1870-1904) featuring works by Monet, Tissot and Pissarro amongst others, which runs from 2 November 2017 - 7 May 2018.  The exhibition relates to the story of the artists who fled to Britain to escape war in France.  This talk will convey the joys of Impressionism more widely in a light-hearted and informative way.

This event has been organised by the Hampshire Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
