The ever popular Tom Duncan returns to delight you with a lecture on Caravaggio. Light, darkness and drama are the qualities most associated with his revolutionary work.  This lecture will focus on the life, work and influence of this most troubled of painterly geniuses.  It will follow his career from Milan to Rome in the 1590s and on to Naples, Malta, Sicily and his mysterious death in 1610.

This event has been organised by the Surrey Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
