In this exhibition, a diverse range of art from across the ages tells a story that stretches back to the Early Stone Age. Bringing together examples of early rock art with 800-year-old golden treasures from the kingdom of Mapungubwe, anti-apartheid pieces with cutting-edge contemporary works, the exhibition features beautiful and important works which illustrate South Africa's rich history.
