In and Around King’s Cross and St Pancras SOLD OUT

  • Kings Cross Station |
  • Guided Tour |
  • Thursday, 30 July 2015 - 11:00 until 13:00

This walking tour led by author, broadcaster, NADFAS and National Trust lecturer Andrew Davies will look at the history and redevelopment of the surrounding area of King’s Cross and St Pancras. Both stations epitomise past, present and future and  the classical austerity of one and the melodramatic Gothic of the other contrast with the once tatty and derelict ‘railwaylands’ now become the bustling vibrant university, offices and shops.  Plus canal, Harry Potter and Betjeman!

This event has been organised by the London Events Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
