The site of the Freemasons’ Grand Lodge since the 18th century, the current Grade II-listed Art Deco building was constructed in the late 1920s as a memorial to Freemasons who died in World War I.  The evening begins with the opportunity to view exhibits from the Museum’s collections, including porcelain, silver, glassware, regalia and prints.  Museum Director Diane Clements will then give an illustrated talk on the Freemasons’ role as a patron of the arts after which the visit concludes with a tour including the Grand Temple and Processional Corridor.

This event has been organised by the London Events Volunteer Fundraising Committee to help raise money for the Art Fund.
