Kelmscott Manor, dating from the late 16th century, was the summer home of William Morris from 1871 until his death in 1896. The visit will begin with an introductory talk and continue with a guided tour of the house, which contains a collection of possessions and works of Morris, his family and associates. There will also be the opportunity to explore the gardens which were a constant source of inspiration for Morris.
This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
