Stretton Hall and Crewe Hill

- Tuesday, 14 May 2013 - 15:00
An afternoon visiting Stretton Hall at Tilston, by kind permission of Mr and Mrs Bernard Legh followed by Crewe Hill at Farndon, by kind permission of Mr and Mrs M Trevor-Barnston.
Stretton Hall is an exemplary statement of mid-18th century elegant restraint, red-brick with stone dressings. Crewe Hill was considerably enlarged in the early 19th century, with one of its principal features being the galleried Great Hall.
This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
