Riverhill is a privately-owned family home, not normally opened to the public, which dates back to the 17th century. Today four generations of the family still live there. Two tours to be given by a member of the family have been organised for 11am and 2pm.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful steep hillside garden established in 1842 by John Rogers who was a founder member of the RHS. The current owner is the great-great-great grandson of John Rogers.
This event has been organised by a local supporter group to help raise money for the Art Fund.
