Overnight visit to the Bowes Museum, Raby Castle and the Bishops Palace.

The first day begins in the beautiful Bowes Museum with a talk by Dr Howard Coutts on 'The Lady Ludlow Collection' . The Curator of ceramics, Dr. Coutts; will discuss indepth, information about the Bowes' fine collection of European porceline including their latest acquistion.

On the second day be treated to an exclusive private viewings of  the Raby Castle, seat of Lord Barnard and the Bishop's Palace.  Enjoy the 14th century Raby castle with a 19th century face and the Bishop's palace with paintings by Zurbaran.
