An exclusive opportunity to engage with the debate surrounding new art, which will also include a preview of the latest exhibitions at BALTIC, focusing on a major exhibition of the work of Robert Breer, one of the world's most influential animators and film makers. Our Speaker is BALTIC's outstanding Chief Curator, Lawrence Sillars, who has been responsible for many major national and international exhibitions and commissions. he is especially qualified to offer us an overview of the contemporary art scene and he will include the key factors influencing the current exhibitions and anticipate the Turner Prize, which will be shown here later this year.
