Three Day Trip to Glasgow

Allan Burrow will lead a tour to Glasgow. The first day will be spent travelling to Kelvingrove which houses an eclectic mix of works by the Old Masters, French Impressionists, Dutch Renaissance artists, Scottish Colouristsâ€™, and Glasgow School artists.
The following day there will be a visit to the Burrell Collection with its works by Rodin, Degas, and Cezanne as well as important medieval art, a large textile collection and Chinese and Islamic art. After lunch, a visit to Pollok House which displays an extensive collection of Spanish paintings by artists such as El Greco, Goya and Murillo.
On Saturday, there will be a tour of Hill House in Helensburgh - a residence designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh for the wealthy businessman Walter Blackie. There are superb examples of Mackintoshâ€™s â€˜Arts and Craftsâ€™ furniture, light fittings, and windows.
With plenty to discover, and a great deal to see, these international art works cannot be missed!
