- Study Day |
- Wednesday, 6 April 2011 - 14:00 until 17:00
Watteau is particularly renowned for his mastery of the ‘three chalks’ or trois crayons technique, the subtle manipulation and
expert balancing of red, black and white. Members are invited to this workshop to learn about Watteau’s technique by drawing from a life model. The workshop is led by artist Tom Davis, who teaches at the Slade, the Prince’s Drawing Schools and Chelsea College of Art and Design.
