1766) was a wealthy and philanthropic Sheffield businesswoman with interests in the coal and metal trades in London and Bristol. In 1749 she purchased the Ravenfield estate, just outside Rotherham, and set about remodelling Ravenfield Hall (now demolished), where she lived until her death. It is believed this portrait hung in the entrance of Ravenfield Hall. She is depicted with an astute expression and a slight smile, wearing in a rich blue velvet gown, gracefully holding a red flower, against a landscape background.
