This is a piece from O'Connor's 'Landscape of Dining' project where she was particularly interested in the designed garden, specifically the implication of boundaries, planting and composition.

The spun silver dish is dissected by a subtly tapering walnut spine with a silver finial. The piece balances on its spine.
