A group of 56 pieces, the majority being shawls, collars, cuffs, and other women's dress accessories.

A significant number are Dresden work, a type of embroidery dating from the mid 18th century. Also card for King Edward VII's visit to Edinburgh, 1903. Part of a gift to five museums by Richmond Inglis Cochrane through the Art Fund between 1995 and 1997.
