Two pattern books, 1) Pattern Books for Shawls and Shawl Borders, a 92 page pattern book of colour designs; 2) Pattern Book of Original Paintings and Off Strikes, a 54 page pattern book of colour designs.

Whiston was one of the first to introduce screen printing in an attempt to print longer runs more economically, and was in the forefront of developing artificial silks. To be displayed in Paradise Mill and the Silk Museum, Macclesfield by rotation.
