The Shairp family at Houston House near Edinburgh until the house passed by marriage to Mr Ian Lindsay; sold when Houston House became a hotel in the 1960's; Christie's, Edinburgh, 1991; Mr Andrew Brown, 369 Gallery, Edinburgh.
