This is the second picture of regimental significance that the Art Fund was associated with in 1979.
It provides an accurate record of the uniform of an officer of the Light Company of the 30th Foot Hereford Regiment at the time of the: Peninsular War. The 30th Foot were later renamed the Worcestershire Regiment which today has its Museum in the City Museum, Worcester.
