Rococo style centrepiece in the form of a tureen.
Cast into the base, under an Earl's coronet, are two shields with the arms of John, 2nd Earl of Ashburnham (1724-1812) & his wife, Elizabeth Crowley.
Provenance
Remained in the Ashburnham family until 1914 when sold to private collection in USA.
