The first and only known cartoon by Parmigianino (in 1953), on grey-blue paper, pricked for transfer.

It contains very unusual iconographical features, depicting the kneeling figure of St. Anthony of Padua on the right facing St Joseph and the Shepherds, and the Virgin borne aloft on clouds; significance not known.
