An opaque watercolour heightened with gold, surrounded by a border of gold roses in a trellis design and mounted on an album page of blue splashed with gold.

Four of the figures based upon those in a study from an album of Shah Jahan. Part of a bequest to 7 museums by Norbert and Greta Magnus through the Art Fund in 1992.
