Produced at the turn of the nineteenth century by Inverness jeweller Peter George Wilson, this knife is an ornamental example of the type traditionally worn in Highland dress. It is richly decorated in accordance with the 19th century Celtic revival, and has a yellow quartz finial which is either Cairngorm or citrine.
