Jacqueline Mina is one of Britain's most significant contemporary jewellers.

She studied jewellery at Hornsey and the Royal College of Art, London, and was awarded the Jerwood Applied Arts Prize in 2000. Many of her works explore the potential of fusing of gold with platinum, as in this intricate platinum-gauze brooch accented by individual granules of gold nested in the textile-inspired weave.
