This hoard is a unique collection of 320 gold, copper alloy and tin ornaments, weapons and ingots from the Bronze Age which were recovered from the seabed off the coast of Salcombe, Devon.

The hoard includes two beautiful and intricate gold wire-twisted bracelets which are the first of their kind to be represented in an English collection. The hoard also sheds new light on our understanding of the trade links of civilisations during the Bronze Age. The tin ingots in the hoard show the first direct evidence of tin trade during the era.
