Portrait bust of the son of Sir Alexander Matheson (1st Baronet of Lochalsh).

Kenneth has particular relevance to Inverness as one of its streets is named after him. Munro was associated with the Pre-Raphaelite brotherhood and is one of the few Inverness artists with an international reputation. While in London, he worked on the Houses of Parliament and became a friend of Dante Gabriel Rossetti. Matheson also commissioned Munro to create a bust of Kenneth's sister, Mary Isabella Matheson as a child. Both sculptures were purchased with Art Fund grants.
