Art Funded by you
White undulating vessel and Black undulating vessel
Matthew Darly, 2018
This pair of vessels by Ashraf Hanna illustrates the artist’s interest in how objects within a group inform one another.
Here there is a juxtaposition of dark and light, as well as of sharp lines and soft curves. Hanna was born in Egypt and studied at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art in London. He now works from a studio in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
