Two Statuettes
Giovanni Antonio Mazzuoli, 1679

For a series of large statues of Christ, the Virgin and the twelve Apostles, to be placed against the columns and the nave. The statues have disappeared. The commission was given to Mazzuoli through the influence of Cardinal Flavio Chigi.
