Three coins depicting Duke of Ferrara
Unknown artist, 1471–1505
Three coins representing Ercole I d'Este, Duke of Ferrara (1471-1505). These works were donated by Max Rosenheim, who was a financier and part of the Executive Committee of the Art Fund from its inauguration. He was a well known collector of engravings and medals and also Trustee of the British Museum.
