Coalport Porcelain Factory, Caughley Porcelain Manufactory, 1750–1926
Over 60 items from a collection of over 550 pieces previously on loan to Ironbridge and exhibited at the Coalport China Works Museum. The collectin illustrates the development of the local ceramics industry from the establishment of the Caughley Factory, the founding of Coalport and its absorption of Caughley, to the closure of Coalport and its removal to Stoke-on-Trent.
