This series of 16 lino prints was created after Atta Kwami spent three days sketching African objects in the World Museum LiverpoolÂ’s World Cultures Gallery. Each block is individually cut and inked, combining solid slices of colour with visualisations of objects from the collection. The overlapping layers present a range of simultaneous narratives designed to present museum artefacts in a new and intriguing way.
