Half length painting of a girl with a pale face, dark hair and eyes, a mauve dress and a mauve head-dress with vermilion spots. She wears a long crimson necklace round her neck and gathers it with her right hand against a bright green background. There is a blue-green pot in the left hand corner with orange coloured flowers. One of twenty seven gifts to seven museums by A E Anderson through the Art Fund between 1922 and 1938.
