This piece marked a turning point in the artist's work and uses the techniques of hand and machine stitching, bonding and burnishing. This work uses traditional materials to Northern Ireland such as flannel and references traditional quilts. Purchased by the Art Fund with the assistance of the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.
