In the Patio: Margaret Morris Fergusson

This is a portrait of Fergusson's wife Margaret Morris who the artist met in Paris in 1913. Margaret was an important dancer and artist and the two worked on many dance projects together. They moved to Glasgow in 1939. Part of the Robinson bequest of 75 works which were distributed among 16 museums in Scotland through the Art Fund in 1989.
