Stoneman was one of the world's most important printmakers during the second half of the 20th century. This archive of 99 works is a selection of prints produced at his studios in London and Penzance. The majority of the prints were produced at his workshop in Cornwall when his reputation was at its height and his skills were sought out by major contemporary artists from all over the world. The selection gives a good range of the painters, photographers, sculptors and ceramicists Stoneman worked with and includes prints by artists such as Richard Deacon, Patrick Heron, Gary Hume and Barbara Hepworth. Secret Summer by John Hoyland is the main illustration. It is known as the Art Fund Collection.
