George Herriott, 1780–1844

One of 14 works bought by the Art Fund and presented to the Ashmolean from a collection of 100 exceptional examples of English graphic art from the collection made by the late Sir Bruce Ingram. The rest of the collection was acquired by the Ashmolean independently.
