Glass wall from 'Spaghetti Alle Vongole Twice'
Bruce McLean, 1994
A series of 32 large double-sided glass panels commissioned by Credit Suisse in 1994 as part of an installation for the company's staff restaurant at Canary Wharf. They were originally displayed as a 30m-long glass wall. The panels depict people eating, drinking and conversing in a bold, graphic style set against bright monochrome colours. The linear designs were created by drawing onto the sheets of glass with tape, before sandblasting the glass.
