Five drawings

George Louis Du Maurier, 1875–1894

Five drawings: four illustrations for 'Punch' magazine; one illustration for 'Mystery of Mirbridge' published in the 'Graphic' magazine, 1879-1890. The work illustrated is 'The Advantages of a Classical Education' from Punch, August 1886. Part of a collection of 300 drawings and illustrations bequeathed to 57 museums by the estate of George du Maurier through the Art Fund in 1934.
