Cope of purple silk, with an applied pattern in velvet, silk and satin in colours, and embroidery in coloured silks, all outlined with white silk cord.Two inscriptions: 'Pray for ye red far master Peter Killikelly for whom ys was made 1737...'. Part of three gifts and four bequests to five museums by Robert Ross through the Art Fund between 1912 and 1919.
