A Collection of 33 English and Continental painted Miniatures, enamels and small works of art, six pieces of Chinese porcelain and six rugs. The miniatures include from the 17th Century - John Hoskins and Samuel Cooper; from 18th and 19th Centuries - Smart, Humphrey, S Cotes, A Plimer, G Engleheart and a portrait of an unknown woman by Antoine Berjon (1754-1843). The enamels, from the 17th-19th Century, include examples, signed by Jean Petitjohn, J Barbette, Charles Boit, PF Marcinhes,C F Zincke, J C Boemer and a 17th Century book-cover enamelled with portraits and flowers. One of two bequests to four museums by P C Manuk and G M Coles through the Art Fund between 1948 and 1949.
