A collection of 4 Celedon bowls and a Yuan Dynasty dish. David Howell was a life long Art Fund member. He bequeathed a collection of oriental ceramics to various museums through the Art Fund, which he collected in the Far East whilst working for the British Council from the late 1950s to early 1990s. The work illustrated is a 14th century Yuan Dynasty dish with modelled fish.
