Aqua - Poesy VII

This vase shaped vessel is hammer-raised in fine silver from a flat sheet of metal, using waves of undulating curves on the surface which catch the light and almost simulate movement. This work is carried out while the piece is held in mid-air instead of the traditional method of working on a surface.
