Counsinet Ambroise, 1775–1777

A necessaire de Voyage, a travelling Turkish coffee set for one person, consisting of a cup, saucer and sugar-bowl with lid, all in Sevres porcelain painted by Thevent pere, date marked 1776 and 1777; a small gold coffee pot, a gold spoon, and two glass water phials with gold tops, all with the hallmark of Ambroise Cousinet, Paris 1775. All fitted in a Japanese lacquer box. The whole set contained in a fitted Japanese lacquer box. The sucrier carries the Sevres paper sale label.
