Art Funded by you

1) Collection of prints; 2) Fishman

Various, 1) 1964–2010; 2) 2005

The print collection includes work by a number of prominent 20th-century artists, and was donated with the aim of further strengthening FalmouthÂ’s growing print collection. Hew Locke was trained at Falmouth Art College, and hence this early sculpture also falls within the galleryÂ’s collecting policy. His choice of bright colours and unusual medium prefigures his later large-scale, multimedia installations for which he is now best-known.
