Drink and Draw at the British Museum

Always wanted to learn how to draw, but suffering from beginner’s nerves? Sign up to our fundraising event, run by Frui.

Unleash the artist within, learn a thing or two about drawing and have a few drinks with like-minded scribblers at Frui’s fun and inspiring sketching social – proceeds will go to the Art Fund.

Drink and Draw gives you the chance to practise your drawing skills with help from Frui’s art tutors, who will be setting fun challenges, activities and quizzes. There’s no need to bring any materials – just a big dollop of enthusiasm. At the end of the evening, we'll be heading to a pub to admire our drawings.

Venue: British Museum, London. Meet outside on the steps at the main entrance – look out for the people with the signs.
Date: Friday 21 August 2015
Time: 6.15pm to around 9pm
Tickets: £18 each (£15 early bird tickets are available until 6 August). Pencils, charcoal, rubbers and paper are all supplied.

Book tickets via Eventbrite.

As well as their Drink and Draw events, Frui offers an amazing range of inspiring creative learning holidays and day courses.
