The latest editionĀ of the popular guide offers a summary of how to transfer works of art and other cultural items in to a public collection.

It includes practical advice on how to give art during your lifetime as well as through a gift in your will, and sets out the variety of ways to ensure any donation is made tax-efficiently.

The Guide to Giving Art is intended primarily for individuals, corporations and their advisors, and it may also be of interest to curators and other museum professionals who work directly with collectors.
